Anton Kinloch, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, industry professional of 22-years has maintained a myriad of positions before branching out into consulting in 2017.

The ideal combination of hands on skills as well as extensive working knowledge of the industry's best practices. With the mantra of "rising tides raise all ships", Kinloch has successfully assisted venues increase their revenue and presence through targeted approaches that are both economical & scalable. 

Working with a dedicated team of consultants each project is carefully evaluated and referral are made as necessary in order to help facilitate the long term goals of the client.
